  17. various hardware and software environments into which Acorn Email may 
  18. be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS

  25. Evaluation and Registration

  27. Version 2 of Acorn Email is shareware, freely available in the ad-supported
  28. version, and available free of charge, without ad banners, to  
  29. previously registered users of Acorn Email. The Registered version of Acorn 
  30. Email is $16.50.  The registration is good for only one user (on more than one 
  31. computer, precluding concurrent use). Or, alternatively, only one computer (with 
  32. any number of users, precluding concurrent use).  The registered version of 
  33. Acorn Email does not display ads, and entitles the user to free uprades through
  34. version 2.xx, and free or discounted upgrades thereafter.

  38. Acorn Email version 2, any beta or release, except those versions made 
  39. available to previously registered users, may be freely distributed 
  40. via the file acorn25a.zip in its unmodified form to anyone via electronic, 
  41. or other means.

  43. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting
  44. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  45. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  46. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.
